Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping at Sick As Our Secrets.

Because all of our apparel and merchandise are custom printed on demand specifically for you when you place an order, we do not keep an inventory of items. As a result, our return and refund policy differs slightly from traditional retail stores.

Damaged or Defective Items

We stand behind the quality of our products. If your item arrives damaged, has a manufacturing defect, or if there is a printing error, we will gladly offer a free replacement or a refund.

To resolve a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 30 days of product delivery with the following information:

  • Your order number.

  • A clear photograph showing the issue with the item.

  • A brief description of the problem.

Once we receive this information, we will work quickly to issue a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.

Wrong Size, Color, or Buyer’s Remorse

Because every item is made to order, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds if you ordered the wrong size, selected the wrong color, or simply changed your mind.

To ensure you get the perfect fit, we highly recommend checking the sizing charts provided on each product page before completing your purchase.

Lost in Transit

If your order is lost in transit and the shipping address you provided was 100% correct, please reach out to us. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date. We will work with our fulfillment partners to track down the package or send a replacement.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you received a defective item, we will replace it with the exact same item in the same size and color. We cannot swap a defective item for a different size or a completely different product.
